This question is no doubt the most frequently asked question.  All projects start with a vision and are custom to your lifestyle and budget.  Without a plan, it is disadvantageous to come up with a budget.  Whether it be by a professional designer or in collaboration with Ray Home Services.  After a plan is established, it is then that a cost can be accurately drawn up.  

As you already probably know, this is always high on the list of questions.  All jobs are custom in nature, and always have adversities to overcome.  With My extensive experience and first hand knowledge of the processes, we can navigate the renovation process quicker than anyone in the industry.  I always advise my clients, that our goal is to do the job right the first time.  Quality will always trump speed.  Trust the process, you are in good hands!!!

Ray Home Services handles the project from start to finish.  From initial planning we can help design your space or have an Interior Designer map out the project.  From there once we have a plan, we can come up with a cost.  After all the planning is complete, we will take over 100% of the project from there.  From ordering, procuring, to trades and labor, our job is to make sure the job gets done to Ray's high industry standards.  Absolutely no corners will be cut.
